The company was created by Dave Conway. He has been working for over 25 years as a manager and training professional in the education, multi-national, and national voluntary organisation sectors.
During this time, Dave has assisted business owners and managers to deliver effective presentations, chair effective meetings, deal with difficult employee issues, facilitate group meetings, and think and act strategically.
Dave has a Graduate Diploma in Training and Development awarded by the University of Leicester as well as an Advanced Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching from ECSL, both achieved with Distinction.
