When I met Dave I was struck by his knowledge and passion about management and personal development. When I decided to change job I got in contact with him to ask if he would give me some coaching around interviews and cv preparation. We also looked at what my key skills were and what roles I would be interested in and would suit me best. The sessions were very structured and productive and it was a great confidence boost to know that I was going into the process so well prepared. In the end, I did three interviews from which I got two offers. I’m convinced that this was mainly down to how well prepared I was. I accepted one of the offers and am very happy in my new role.
